Vintage reversible Highland Plaid skirt of 100% wool, pleated with two entirely different looks possible! Has its original tags from J.C. Penney's. What's neat is the top of the skirts has all the pleats sewn down. The colors only show in the pleats from the lower hip down. It has a zipper and button closure on the side.
